You will need your medical certificatel (pdf version) to complete your registration. No other template can be accepted. The date of the certificate must be after 01/10/2023, and your LF3 license will be valid until 31/12/2024.
If you register as a Duathlete, you'll also have the opportunity to come to our Saturday swimming training session if you wish.
