Spinning is a primarily cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. Our sessions are meant to be fun and are accompanied with the beat of classic rock music.

Each session focuses on a main working theme with the aim of improving cycling efficiency.

The bikes we use have a power meter and a cadence sensor, but no heart rate sensor. It is therefore strongly recommended to bring your cardio watch to know your heart rate. A towel and two water bottles are also essential for a good workout.
