Qualitative training (Sportcity track). The typical training session starts at 6:30 p.m. from the Sporcity entrance hall with a warm-up run and ends with a cool-down and a stretching session. (Approximately 12km/session, depending on the program).

Occasionally, this training takes place on the green promenade or in the forest (fartlek sessions, hill racing, etc.).

If you arrive late on these days, don't be surprised if you don't find the group on the track.
